The gastronomic scene in Copenhagen is one of the finest in Europe.
As can be seen from the Copenhagen Destination guide, the Danish capital boasts a large number of Michelin-starred and internationally recognized restaurants. Many of these restaurants place a strong emphasis on Nordic cuisine and use locally sourced fresh and seasonal produce. Copenhagen Cooking aims to showcase the cuisine of its homeland, and features representatives from many of the city’s top restaurants. The festival is held throughout the month of February and includes workshops, cooking classes, lectures, food debates and much, much more. A truly unmissable event for food lovers.
