From March 25 to 30, the resort is delighted to welcome world-class bartender Aristotelis Papadopoulos.
Telis, as he prefers to be called, is known for concocting hip and cool cocktails and will demonstrate his best shaking techniques at the General Manager’s cocktail reception.
He will also be conducting interactive demonstrations at Chill Bar, as well as holding Mixology Labs for those wishing to join him at the cutting edge of cocktail creativity.
Telis has been bartending for more than 25 years. He studied at the WSET, Wine & Spirit Education Trust, in London.
In 2009, he was among the 18 bartenders selected to participate in the final three days of the World Class of Diageo bartender competition. The accomplished mixologist claimed the overall title after impressing the most recognized names in the business and was named Bartender of the Year.
After being internationally recognized, Telis now offers his services as a judge in their national and international competitions.
