Two new area restaurants, Ricard Brasserie & Liquor Bar and Bia Hoi Southeast Asian Street Food, are due to open in December under executive chef and restaurateur Tim Goodell.
Last season the resort enjoyed record-breaking sales of The Residences Viceroy Snowmass. The Related Colorado development closed on 50 residences, marking 66% of all sales in the Snowmass market.
Offering the finest services synonymous with the Viceroy brand, the 152-unit, whole ownership condo-hotel is exclusively marketed by Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty.
Base Village, also being developed by Related Colorado, is elevating Snowmass’ position as one of the world’s finest ski destinations with the added appeal of these unique French and Asian eateries.
With restaurants spanning from Los Angeles to Chicago to Bangkok, Goodell – who was named Food & Wine’s “Best New Chef” – will bring an international flair to the area with these restaurants, the first of their kind in Snowmass.
Just steps from The Residences Viceroy Snowmass, Goodell’s new concepts will be warm and inviting, yet offer cosmopolitan and vivacious dining and entertainment options.
“The energy, charm and luxuries of Snowmass are reaching a peak this winter, adding tremendous value to residents and buyers,” said Lisa Price, director of sales at The Residences Viceroy Snowmass.
“While The Residences Viceroy Snowmass has always been an extraordinary place to live, never has there been a more ideal time to buy a luxury ski-in/ski-out condo, with its coveted lifestyle, unmatched amenities and convenient location directly on the mountain.”
“We are thrilled to welcome these highly-anticipated restaurants to Snowmass,” added Related Colorado president Dwayne Romero. “Snowmass Base Village will be the culinary haven for the best, new dining options this season.”
Artfully designed by Jean-Michel Gathy and recognized as a LEED™ Gold Certified sustainable building, The Residences Viceroy Snowmass provides spacious contemporary interiors amidst the majestic backdrop of Snowmass Mountain.
The wholly-owned condos boast granite fireplaces, custom oak and reclaimed timber millwork, kitchens featuring top stainless appliances, and décor accents of leather, embossed metals and crystalline glass, bringing a sophisticated touch to an authentic rustic style.
Residents have access to all of the plush amenities of the Viceroy Snowmass Resort, named the top hotel resort in Aspen/Snowmass by Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Gold List 2013, including a full-service luxury spa, pool and fitness center, slope-side ski valet, Treehouse Kids’ Adventure Center, and an après scene at the modern dining enclaves of Eight K and Nest.
With the luxury of condo-hotel living, residents may choose to place their home in the Viceroy Snowmass Hotel Rental Program, providing the ease of their unit being managed by the Viceroy brand while they are away.
Resident privileges include a dedicated owners’ concierge, private storage and preferred access to the hotel’s amenities and services, as well as exclusive status at all Viceroy Resorts worldwide.
Remaining units at The Residences Viceroy Snowmass range from studios to four-bedroom condos, priced from $272,000 to $2.499 million.
With direct ski-in/ski-out access to Snowmass Mountain, residents have a convenient selection of trails, parks, and pipes for skiers and snowboarders at every level of expertise directly outside their front door.
Also a premier destination year-round, Snowmass offers peak experiences for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as an array of off-mountain entertainment and activities at both the Snowmass Base Village and downtown Aspen, just minutes away.
