Accessed by private boat, guests of Casa Laguna arrive via their private dock and are greeted to the magnificent villa by their dedicated staff of five, including a culinary team, personal butler and housekeepers to attend to guest’s every whim. Guests of Casa Laguna may also arrive via private golf cart, foot or bike path.

Residents of Casa Laguna enter into an expansive living and dining room overlooking the picturesque lagoon with floor to ceiling windows that provide a breathtaking view both day and night.
Adjacent to the living room in a contemporary open floor plan, a chef’s kitchen with top of the line Viking appliances is available to guests who prefer to dine in the retreat of this well-appointed enclave. Custom menus are created each day by the private chef according to guest needs.

Prior to arrival, guests have the option of providing a shopping list to ensure the kitchen has ample supply of favorite foods, beverages and snacks so there is nothing left wanting. In addition, a daily delivery of fresh fruit in the morning, and canapés and cocktails in the late afternoon are provided to create a highly personal environment that has all the benefits of home.
On the lagoon level, three bedrooms including two master suites with en suite bathrooms offer ample room for couples or families looking for the ultimate in relaxation without neighbors to disturb. The villa also features a state-of-the-art media room complete with a 70-inch screen along with an extensive library of movies to ensure that every night is movie night.
Overseen by acclaimed interior designer Jose Manuel Martinez, the elegantly appointed interiors of Casa Laguna reflect the tranquility and ease of the region’s lifestyle with the use of soothing colors, soft and breezy textiles throughout, ideal for waterfront living. Colors of upholstery and area rugs were carefully selected to echo the tropical lushness of the Mayan Riviera.
Outside, 3,000 square feet of outdoor space features a private pool overlooking the lagoon, a boat dock, an outdoor shower and a private dining deck encouraging elegant entertaining al fresco.
