From October 11, 2010 and for two months only, famed Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his Kitchen team will bring the world’s finest Japanese cuisine to the Ritz Paris.
Classically trained in Tokyo, world renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has taken traditional Japanese cuisine and infused bold South American and Western flavours to create a style that continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
Nobu Matsuhisa at Ritz Paris will showcase Nobu’s innovative Japanese cuisine with signature dishes such as White Fish Tiradito and Black Cod Yuzu Miso.
Nobu Matsuhisa at Ritz Paris is open for dinner only from 7.30 pm to 11pm from Monday to Saturday.
With its own street entrance on 38 rue Cambon, the 80 covers restaurant includes a sushi bar and offers private salons for extraordinary dining experiences in the City of Lights.
