Nizuc Resort & Residences On-Site Sales Gallery Opens

Riviera Maya, Mexico — A new $180 million development under the helm of hotelier Adrian Zecha of Amanresorts and GHM located on the site of the former Mexican Presidential retreat on the Yucatan Peninsula in the Riviera Maya, Nizuc Resort & Residences (www.nizuc.com) announces the opening of its on-site beachfront sales gallery.

Located only five miles from Cancun International Airport, the property is slated to open October 2009.

Designed to compliment the resort by renowned architect Jean-Michel Gathy from Denniston International, in collaboration with award-winning interior designer Jaya Ibrahim, the sales gallery experience at Nizuc offers a glimpse into the project’s utmost luxuries.

Guests begin their visit with a tour of the property’s greenhouse and nursery developed on behalf of Nizuc’s Mangrove Revitalization program.

They are then lead to the beachfront sales gallery complete with thatched roof, swimming pool and interactive components, where they are shown a short film by the producers of 21 Grams and Babel that visually captures the great richness of the Yucatan Peninsula lifestyle.

After the movie, project information including residence details and amenities are shared.

The presentation ends with a walk out to Nizuc’s private jetty with 360-degree views of sky and sea.

Buyers are then given the opportunity to experience Nizuc’s personalized service and lifestyle first-hand—the day is theirs to sip cocktails whilst lounging on sun beds by the pool.
