NEW YORk, NY – Montblanc has recently joined forces with The Nelson Mandela Foundation and the 46664 campaign in their global initiative to raise funds and spread the important message of HIV/AIDS awareneess.
A private reception at Montblanc’s Madison Avenue boutique in New York on Tuesday, October 21, will feature hand crafted bangles made of South African precious metals; these bangles are available in men’s and women’s sizes in platinum, gold, and silver. The items are hand-crafted and finished by skilled artisans who have been infected or affected by HIV or AIDS.
Up to 68% of the gross proceeds from the sale of each bangle will go directly to the Mandela Foundation and the 46664 charity, which aims to eradicate HIV/AIDS through its innovative support and education programs globally. Every bangle has its own unique serial number that allows the owner to authenticate and register it and will receive a letter of thanks from the 46664 foundation for their purchase.
