Montage Residences Deer Valley, 81 private residences atop the 174-room Montage Deer Valley, will open Winter 2010/2011 on a coveted on-mountain Empire Pass location. Montage Deer Valley will afford owners ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort, expansive mountain and valley views, and a host of 24-hour Montage amenities and services, including a residential concierge staff to attend to every household matter.

The first phase of 15 residences has been released for sale. Priced from $2 million, the spacious one- to four-bedroom residences are represented by DV Luxury Resort Realty LLC in partnership with Park City-based Prudential Utah Real Estate.A 2,489 square-foot 3-bedroom furnished model residence with custom appointments and furnishings is available for viewing with sales contracts for residences already in progress.

Montage Residences Deer Valley will capture the essence of the resort’s refined Mountain Craftsman style, complete with views of inspiring ski slopes and pristine sub-alpine valleys. These wholly-owned private residences are situated on the upper floors of the mountain lodge-style resort building, which also features 174 guestrooms and suites.

With the opportunity to choose from a selection of one- to four-bedroom floor plans in configurations from 1,200- to 6,900-square feet, owners may select a “custom” home to meet their personal needs. Each residence will feature expansive windows, estate quality finishes, high ceilings, private balconies, gas fireplaces, luxurious five-fixture stone bathrooms with limestone floors and high-end craftsman-built kitchen with granite counters and hand-scraped walnut wood floors.

Forty-nine of the one- to four-bedroom residences (1,200- to 3,300-square feet) will be offered fully furnished with an estate-quality leather and upholstered custom collection that complements the refined cherry-stained millwork and cabinetry, accented by hand-knotted rugs. Other interior touches will include custom lighting and hand-selected artwork. These private residences may be offered for rental to hotel guests at the option of the homeowner. Another 32 of the residences, with two- to four-bedrooms ranging from 1,900- to 6,900-square feet, will be offered unfurnished for custom interiors that suit individual owners’ tastes.

Extensive Amenities 
Early buyers will enjoy special First Tracks privileges, including a choice of any residence (not limited to the first phase release), and season passes at Deer Valley Resort for the entire family for the first two years of ownership.

All owners will enjoy access to all Montage Deer Valley resort services and amenities, including residential concierge services, spa services, private ski instruction and Deer Valley ski ticketing on site, ski and bike valets, and access to Deer Valley recreation, with ski-in, ski-out access to hundreds of acres of terrain and ski experiences.
