Los Angeles – Reported by Elite Traveler, the private jet lifestyle magazine
Following his recent split from partner of 14 years Vanessa Paradis, Johnny Depp will no doubt be looking for a private escape away from the prying eyes of the paparazzi. So which hotel suites meet his needs?
The Pirates of the Caribbean star has always maintained strict privacy where his family and relationships are concerned—but not, it seems, at the expense of luxury. When he isn’t at his homes in France or LA, sunning himself on his mega yacht, or swimming in the lagoon of his own island in the Bahamas, Depp is checking into some the world’s swankiest hotel suites.
Previous forays in hotel suites include:
• The Dorchester, London – This iconic, quintessentially British hotel located on glamorous Park Lane is famed for its guest list of global stars. Featuring eclectic art deco touches, it perfectly matches Depp’s quirky image.
• Hotel Le Bristol, Paris – Decadent living does not get more opulent than Hotel Le Bristol. The Royal Suite where Depp once slept is the epitome of old-world Parisian chic, lavishly decorated in shades of champagne with 18th century mirrors. With Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon on hand to provide in-suite dining, Depp is clearly a man who appreciates the finer things in life.
• Montage Beverley Hills – As with any Hollywood hotshot, a stay in Beverly Hills is a must for both work and pleasure, and the legendary Montage Beverly Hills is one of the most glamorous hotels in town. Exuding vintage Hollywood style, the renowned Presidential Suite boasts a cavernous marble and mosaic bathroom and its own baby grand piano.
