Highgrove, the Robert A.M. Stern designed luxury high-rise in Stamford, CT will be ready for occupancy in December 2009. Highgrove consists of 92 residences and 3 guest suites. The high-rise contains a combination of two-, three- and four-bedroom condominium homes that provide an average of 2,558 square feet of living space. Unique amenities include private elevator access to each home, a wine cellar, 24-hour doorman, concierge, indoor swimming pool with a retractable roof, spa and fitness center, private screening room and indoor valet parking.
