This summer, as opera enthusiasts make their way to the panoramic Sangre de Cristo mountains of northern New Mexico, the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Sante Fe presents an opportunity for guests to experience the renowned Santa Fe Opera with privileged access. Now through August 31, Rancho Encantado’s new Opera Lovers package offers accommodations for three nights in a luxury casita or suite, two tickets for the best seats available at one performance of The Santa Fe Opera, a Taste of the Opera dinner for two, spa credit ($200 per person), daily gourmet breakfast for two at Terra restaurant and luxury round-trip transportation to the opera.

The Santa Fe Opera, home to a 2,128-seat state-of-the-art, open-air theater, has been delighting audiences with its unique desert setting since its opening in 1957. This world-renowned venue is an amphitheater in the rolling hills just outside of Santa Fe featuring performers, musicians, set design and productions of the highest caliber. The 2012 season, June 29 through August 25, will feature five new productions, including three new shows in The Santa Fe Opera’s repertoire: Tosca, The Pearl Fishers, Maometto II, King Roger and Arabella.

The newest property in the Four Seasons’ international portfolio, Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado is the first-ever, full-service luxury resort to grace the artists’ landscape of Santa Fe. The property features 65 casitas, a world-class spa and signature Terra Restaurant, all resting upon 57 acres of stunning New Mexico landscape, just outside of Santa Fe. The spa features an innovative selection of wellness services that honor the healing traditions indigenous to the region, while paying tribute to Santa Fe’s contemporary appreciation of health and well-being. Created by James Beard’s award-winning New York City design firm AvroKO, the resort’s modern rustic restaurant, Terra, utilizes the finest ingredients to create memorable regional cuisine.

The Opera Lovers package is available through August 31 (starts at $880 a night, with a three-night minimum).
