Four Seasons Hotel Georgetown Announces Chef For Bourbon Steak

Washington, D.C. – Eatery entreprenuer Michael Mina has announced the appointment of David Varley as the Executive Chef of BOURBON STEAK, which will open this December in the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown.

“David is a very talented chef that has a very good reputation within our culinary community. I am very excited that he is now part of our great team in Washington, DC. His dedication to working with local purveyors and finding quality, seasonal product is one of his many attributes and again, I am so pleased to announce David as our Executive Chef at BOURBON STEAK in Washington, DC,” Mina said.

Prior to this position, Varley served as Chef de Cuisine for Pure Management Group overseeing the creation of the Company American Bistro brand in Las Vegas. His culinary career also includes working as Chef de Cuisine for Bradley Ogden at Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino, where he earned the restaurant its first Michelin star.
