After the debut of the 392 guestrooms at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, CityCenter presents The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, a residential destination located at the 67-acre city-within-a-city. CityCenter will debut model homes at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas on April 14, 2010, providing prospective buyers and agents with an intimate look at the luxury units.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas—comprised of the Luxury Collection and the Penthouse Collection, located on the upper half of the 47-story tower—boast 225 exclusive residences including one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from approximately 1,110 to 4,000 square feet. Residences feature high ceilings, expansive picture windows, stained hardwood flooring, ambient lighting, spacious bedrooms and spa-style bathrooms with a modern free-standing tub, walk-in shower and separate powder room with custom wood vanity.
