Aeromexico, Mexico’s largest transcontinental airline, announced the addition of new flight frequencies to many of its destinations, providing its customers more options and flexibility to better suit their business and leisure travel needs.
The airline will add an overnight flight from New York’s JFK airport to Mexico City, for a total of 19 flights per week from 14 flights weekly. The red-eye flight is part of Aeromexico’s new “voyvuelvo” initiative, allowing passengers to travel to and from their destination in the same day.
Additional flights to Mexico City will also be added from Chicago, Houston and Las Vegas. These are in addition to the new service routes that Aeromexico recently added to its list of destinations, including San Jose, Costa Rica and Shanghai, China, both of which launched on March 26th.
They also form part of the airlines strategic plan that includes new products and services such as a new section between its Clase Premier and Clase Turista (Aeroméxico’s Economy Class), SabreSonic Customer Sales and Service (CSS) solution, the industry’s most powerful revenue-generating and customer-focused reservations system, and new modern uniforms for 2011.
