North Cove was one of the first marinas in Manhattan to cater to megayachts. Here you’ll find 12 slipways that accommodate yachts over 100 feet in length, with a maximum of 180 feet.
The depth of the marina at low mean is 18 feet in most places (deeper near the breakwall). Nicknamed “Monaco on the Hudson,” this exclusive marina is perched on the southwestern tip of Manhattan in a posh planned neighborhood called Battery Park City, which is a mix of residential housing, retail stores and 35 acres of beautiful parks and open spaces. Docked at North Cove, you’ll be enviably close to the fashionable Tribeca district, not to mention Wall Street, Chinatown and South Street Seaport, a shopping, dining and entertainment destination.
