Fryderyk Chopin is not only Warsaw’s most famous son but also the father of romantic music worldwide and is held in great esteem by Varsovians.
With music, theatre, film, and ballet performances to Chopin’s music as well as radical adaptations of his original works, this event is a tribute to the arts in general, demonstrating just how inspirational music can be. Performances take place in various venues in the city with close ties to the composer.
