HOTEL BAL TSCHUG KEMPINS KI MOSCOW

HOTEL BALTSCHUG KEMPINSKI MOSCOW

Another Moscow hotel steeped in history, the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow first opened 1898 and has remained one of the capital’s top hotels ever since.

Located on the banks of the Moscow River, the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski offers wonderful views over Red Square, St Basil’s Cathedral and the nearby Kremlin, which sits on the opposite bank. The hotel features the fabulous Restaurant Baltschug as well as two health centers: the Health Club and the Beauty Centre Baltschug, but pride of place is reserved for the unique Princess and Linley suites. The two suites were designed by HRH Princess Michael of Kent and Sir David Linley, both distant relatives of the late Tsar. Every Sunday guests can make the most of a complimentary Kremlin/city tour.

PRINCESS SUITE

Why we love it: The Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow has a wealth of fantastic suites to choose from, but the Princess Suite is undoubtedly the finest. Not only is the suite fit for royalty, but it was designed by royalty; HRH Princess Michael of Kent. The view of the capital is quite simply staggering; The Kremlin, Red Square and the River Moscow are all visible. The three room suite itself has a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a bathroom and living room, and features a traditional English floral design.
