HONG KONG – Following its outstanding success of the 2008 inaugural series of classes, NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong is now launching a 2009 series of “Sushi Saturday” cooking classes. Hotel guests are invited to join NOBU Executive Chef Oyvind Naesheim and Executive Sushi Chef Hideki Endo for a demonstration of NOBU signature and new style sushi and sashimi, followed by a hands-on opportunity to learn to make sushi with the masters.
The classes are scheduled from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on the following dates:

● Saturday, April 4
● Saturday, May 2
● Saturday, May 3
● Saturday, June 20
Executive Chef Oyvind Naesheim and Executive Sushi Chef Hideki Endo will introduce the “NOBU” concept and cooking style with a fun and informative demonstration, followed by a chance for participants to try their hand at making sushi. Finally participants will enjoy a special NOBU lunch featuring their own sushi creations and signature dishes showcased in the class.
