Signature treatment: Thai Herbal Compress – Muscles are loosened with a warm poultice of therapeutic Thai herbs in preparation for a deep massage that uses a combination of essential oils tailored to the individual. The spa takes a holistic approach and seeks to balance individuals both spiritually and physically through reflexology, energizing deep tissue massages and soothing facials. In addition to a fully-equipped and naturally-lit gym, hydro pool and a 65 foot outdoor pool, the spa has a specialist yoga studio lined with mirrors. There are regular yoga classes and private appointments can be made with a professional fitness instructor.
Signature treatment: Thai Massage, also known as passive yoga. An experienced therapist gently stretches and manipulates the body to balance the major muscle groups and promote flexibility in the joints and spine. No oil is used during the massage and light cotton pajamas are provided.
