ANNUALLY IN SEPTEMBER
Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok’s annual World Gourmet Festival launched a special package, including accommodation, Executive Club access, and a featured World Gourmet Festival dinner for two persons per night booked in 2013, which continues to this year.
Chefs contributing last year included Shiqin Chen, Sebastian Frank, Igor Macchia, Michael Mina, Masa Shimakawa and Frédéric Vardon. A seven-course gala dinner allowed guests to taste a dish prepared by each of these world renowned chefs. Other events included a wine masterclass with Master of Wine Jeannie Cho Lee, a Ceremony of Cheeses with Eleveur de Fromage Jean-Francois Antony, and a cigar and rum-pairing with Patoro Cigars and Eastory Rums.
