The bars and restaurants of Face Bangkok are spread throughout a renovated traditional Thai family house. After feasting at one of these sumptuous restaurants, enjoy an after-dinner liqueur at the Face Bar. Should you wish to organize a private event, Face Bangkok offers the elegant Buddha Hall which can host a dinner for up to 45 guests. The Hall features carefully selected antiques and artifacts and a large wooden Buddha. Face Bangkok also includes an authentic Thai spa and offers Thai cookery classes.

NEST

Located amid a tropical garden on top of the Le Fenix Sukhumvit hotel, Nest is a chic bar in the heart of Bangkok.

Pick a vibrant cocktail from the bar’s extensive list and then recline on a plush white mattress or swing gently on a hammock and admire the breathtaking views of the city. The garden is carefully landscaped to create private enclaves and a 160 foot retractable roof protects patrons from rain. Fish-filled ponds are integrated with attractive lighting and seating. An appetizing menu of Thai and international cuisine from crispy soft shelled crab with fried rice to fresh Italian gelato is on offer and DJs entertain from 6pm.

KUDOS BANGKOK

When Kudos Bangkok opened in 2010 it was the first chic venue for nighttime entertainment on the Thonburi side of the river.

When Kudos Bangkok opened in 2010 it was the first chic venue for nighttime entertainment on the Thonburi side of the river. Kudos’s excellent and regular live music, quality cuisine and international DJs certainly rival the clubs of Thonglor. After dancing to expertly mixed tunes in the club, cool off on the rooftop terrace restaurant with a Bangkok Breeze cocktail made from a heady mix of rum, vodka, Malibu, Midori, pineapple and lemon. For a laid back evening catching up on sports sit out in the beer garden which has large screens and an extensive list of international beers. VIP rooms, ideal for private gatherings, are available for up to 40 people and offer high-tech karaoke equipment and customized menus for private events. Kudos is open seven days a week until late.
