Jenny McCarthy actress, model, TV host wed Donnie Wahlberg this past Sunday, August 31 at the ballroom of the Hotel Baker wearing a custom made strapless dress by Ines Di Santo and Rina Limor fine jewelry worth a cool $300,000. They chose to marry in McCarthy’s homestead city.
McCarthy wore a one-of-a-kind bracelet from the jeweler’s Haute Couture collection. The bracelet flaunts 41 carats of pristine white emerald cut diamonds set in platinum and retails for $300,000. McCarthy’s love of jewelry has not gone unnoticed. Her engagement ring, a ten karat fancy yellow sapphire stunner, made by Daniel Arik, owner of Newport Jewelers, was shown off just moments after Wahlberg proposed on the “The View,” where she acted as a cost-host. In a whirlwind romance, the pair began dating last year, were engaged on April 16th and married on August 31st. This is the second marriage for both.
Most recently, McCarthy acted as co-host of ABC’s news, magazine program “The View” for its 17th season. She revealed in June that she would not be returning to the program next season along with fellow co-host Sherri Shepherd’s also slated to depart. McCarthy has two new exciting projects in the works however. Former, “The View” co-host will be hosting her own on SiriusXM show starting July 16 titled “Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy.” The hour-long weekly show will feature the comedian and Playboy model as she talks about “parenting, sex, dating and marriage.” Also slated is a reality show with husband Donnie Walberg. Walhberg is the star of CBS’ “Blue Bloods,” brother of Mark Wahlberg and member of pop group New Kids on the Block.
