Built in a 1930s style, neighboring the Franco-Italian border in Menton, Mirazur offers a stunning view of the Mediterranean and Menton while tastes of France, Italy and Argentina are all represented on the artfully presented plates.

Headed by Argentine-born Chef Mauro Colagreco, Mirazur reflects the ingredients, flavors and colors of the Côte d’Azur.

Mirazur is renowned for both innovation and simplicity. Colagreco combines avant-garde techniques using local, fresh produce with exciting cooking methods, textures, and temperatures.

The restaurant has an ever-changing menu, while highlights include shrimp carpaccio with raspberry and blackberry purée, citrus and elderflower.
