Built in a 1930s style, neighbouring the Franco-Italian border in Menton, Mirazur offers a stunning view of the Mediterranean and Menton while tastes of France, Italy and Argentina are all represented on the artfully presented plates.
Headed by Argentine-born Chef Mauro Colagreco, Mirazur reflects the ingredients, flavours and colours of the Côte d’Azur.
Mirazur is renowned for both innovation and simplicity. Colagreco combines avant-garde techniques using local, fresh produce with exciting cooking methods, textures, and temperatures.
The restaurant has an ever changing menu, while highlights include shrimp carpaccio with raspberry and blackberry purée, citrus and elderflower.
