Grant Achatz’s second Chicago restaurant is the game-changing sister of four-time Elite Traveler Top 100 Restaurants winner Alinea.
Based on an innovative concept menu format, Next’s offering is overhauled three times annually, providing diners with the chance to experience a brand new culinary adventure on every visit.
Previous themes have included everything from an El Bulli-inspired menu to traditional Japanese kaiseki and vegan cuisine, with the current menu taking inspiration from French bistro-inspired dishes.
