Deservedly recognized as one of the best restaurants in the world, Arzak is run by the father-daughter team of Juan Mari and Elena Arzak.
Awarded three Michelin stars in 1989, the restaurant has remained at the top of its game ever since. Arzak serves exquisite flavors of New Basque Cuisine combined with impeccable presentation. Expect traditional classics with added flair from Juan Mari and Elena. Some of the dishes are not quite what they seem, combining unusual ingredients with excellent results.
