This boutique development on Marylebone High Street comprises five contemporary townhouses and three penthouses (the three-bedroom sub-penthouse is the most valuable) within a 1930s heritage building, each of which is designed to exude individuality. Dixon Jones Architects has transformed the former BBC radio headquarters into luxury properties, with interiors designed by Darling Associates. The penthouses each boast east, south and west-facing terraces, with spacious living areas where attention has been paid to every last detail, from the underfloor heating to the Italian marble in the bathrooms. A 24-hour concierge will be on hand, with secure underground parking, too.
