This new luxury development by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts sits on the northern shores of Costa Rica’s Guanacaste Coast, and while completion is scheduled for 2020, the first group of residences has just gone on sale. Once finished, Rosewood Puerto Papagayo will have 92 expansive treehouse suites and homes. Designed by Ronald Zürcher, the five-bedroom, five-bath Rosewood Villas provide large outdoor living areas, each with a private pool and panoramic views over Culebra Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Striking contemporary design, the use of indigenous materials and locally inspired artwork are featured throughout. Residents will have access to the luxury amenities and hospitality seen at Rosewood hotels around the world, including a Sense spa, a collection of high-end boutiques and a range of restaurants to suit every taste and occasion.
