Iniala is one of Phuket’s most distinctive resorts, but the entire estate has just hit the market as a single residence for private use. The property is made up of three individual three-suite villas and an extravagant penthouse with 650 ft of beachfront. Each villa was designed by a different firm, combining influence from traditional Thai architecture with bold contemporary forms. See the work of Brazil’s world-renowned Campana Brothers, A-cero from Spain and Graham Lamb from England. Each villa comes with its own spa and panoramic pool. The penthouse looks out over the villas’ rooftops and has a terrace spanning more than 2,600 sq ft, split down the middle by a generously sized pool. The residence comes with staff accommodation and facilities for a full concierge team.
