This home in the posh Belgravia neighborhood feels more like a mini hotel than it does a house.

This home in the posh Belgravia neighborhood feels more like a mini hotel than it does a house in the city, and it’s one of international property group Grosvenor Group’s most important listings to date (it is only one of 11 full houses in Eaton Square).
It is intelligently laid out over six floors, in addition to a lower ground floor and basement, with the first and second floors devoted entirely to entertaining. On the main floor, the kitchen takes center stage (it has a small garden within the middle of an island with a strategically placed sun roof directly over the plants), and also has a dining room for 10.
The second floor has a large, art-filled living room with an en-suite sitting room. There are six bedrooms in total (the master has two private balconies) spanning floors three to six. The lower level and basement have staff’s quarters, a gym, a cinema and a plant room.
The high-security building includes a Crestron Home Automation System and a double garage that can be accessed from the back of the home for discreet entry, and an elevator that serves each floor.
