This new development in the scenic village of Portonovi on the Adriatic Riviera is one of the largest-ever investments in Montenegro. The residential village is at the entrance of Unesco World Heritage Site Boka Bay and is spread across 64 acres, with a mile of serene coastline. The Sky Villas have exceptional views of the waterfront and dramatic mountains in the distance, and each has a private sky terrace to further enjoy those views. Or take a dip in the villa’s sizable infinity pool and watch the yachts glide in and out of the bay. The three- and four-bedroom Sky Villas on offer range in size from 6,440 sq ft to 7,100 sq ft. There is a private elevator, underground parking and a helipad for however you choose to arrive, but sailors will delight at the D-Marin Portonovi Marina. It has capacity for 238 berths for yachts up to 390 ft long.
