Style / Ambiance: The Monastery Restaurant is a spacious, welcoming eatery located at The Augustine hotel.
One side of the restaurant is glass-paneled from floor to ceiling, offering a view of the hotel’s spectacular courtyard. The menu is modern European Brasserie style and changes with the seasons. You can enjoy its winter menu from January until April, when the spring menu begins and the summer menu starts in mid-May, which includes the hugely popular Summer Barbecues every Thursday, accompanied by live jazz bands. When the summer months pass guests will enjoy a selection of dishes from The Monastery’s mushroom menu in September. Many diners favor October for its game menu, while November sees the return of pumpkin-focused culinary creations. This excellent dining venue, under the leadership of Executive Chef Richard Fuchs features among the top ten restaurants of Prague in the Grand Restaurant Guide of 2010-2011.
