The menu reflects her signature style of cuisine, combining traditional produce from south west France with some of the finest ingredients from the British Isles. Signature dishes include oyster tartare with caviar d’Aquitaine jelly alongside more British-themed offerings such as ‘le sole de Douvres’ (Dover sole).
