The end of November marks the start of the holiday season, and with it, the season of elegant soirees. You could host a lavish party with champagne pairings, or you could get the celebrations going with our pick of festive cocktails. From fall flavors of apple and spice to seasonal twists on classic cocktails, these recipes are perfect for serving socially, or just cozily enjoying by the fireplace at home. Gin, whiskey and tequila cocktails all make our list of fall favorites.
To create this gin cocktail, shake Hendrick’s Gin with other ingredients and pour into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with grated nutmeg and red apple slices.
Infused with rose petal and cucumber, the botanical freshness of Hendrick’s Gin pairs well with the fruit flavors in the Fall All Over. Ginger beer adds a sweet spiciness reflective of the season. Created by Hendrick’s ambassador Fred Parent.

A seasonal update to the brunch bellini, this cocktail balances fresh fruit flavors with hints of spice. The Pearadise brings out bright notes of fresh pear found in the 12-year-old whisky, rounded out by Solerno liqueur with sparkling wine bringing it all to life. Created by Glenfiddich ambassador Allan Roth.

To create this Irish whiskey cocktail, add Tullamore D.E.W. Cider Cask whiskey with other ingredients to a mixing glass. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
Released earlier this year as a permanent seasonal addition to the brand’s whiskey range, Tullamore D.E.W. Cider Cask melds the Irish traditions of cider-making and whiskey distilling. Toasted oak notes with a cider sweetness combine with bitter-orange Aperol to take the cocktail into cooler temperatures. Created by Tullamore D.E.W. ambassador Tim Herlihy.

To create this tequila cocktail, combine Milagro Añejo with agave nectar and spices in a heat-resistant mug. Add boiling water. Squeeze lemon and drop in. Stir until agave nectar has dissolved.
The hot toddy has long been the cozy cocktail to warm up with from fall through to winter. In a twist on the typical recipe, here we opt for tequila over whiskey. Milagro Añejo is aged in American oak barrels for up to 24 months, echoed in its caramel, tobacco and tropical fruit taste. These flavor notes are ideal in a hot toddy when heated with spices, lemon and anise. Created by Milagro ambassador Jaime Salas.
