Waldorf Astoria Park City, the first luxury ski resort from the iconic Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, has announced a series of packages and experiences for travelers this winter.
The mountain-inspired luxury property, located at the base of Canyons Resort, is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Park City, Utah.
Winter packages
The Majordomo Package pays homage to the time-honored European tradition of the majordomo, or head butler of a large estate who insures guests’ needs and preferences are fulfilled while offering add-on adventures and experiences only available through the package. Starting at $869 per night in a one-bedroom residence; add-on adventures and experiences are available at an additional cost.
The Kama Ski-tra package is the perfect winter break to woo your sweetheart with and includes a special night-skiing experience, a Kama Sutra book, adult games, chocolates, champagne and essential body oils to heat up the night. Guests will also receive a $50 credit that can be applied to cost of skiing. The package starts at $739 for a standard king room. Must book by April 13, 2014 and stay between January 2 through April 13, 2014.
Be a dog musher for the day

Also on offer at Waldorf Astoria Park City is the thrilling chance to be a dog musher for a day. Teaming up with Pawsatch, a local dog sledding company, guests will spend the day with a small team of highly social Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies learning how to interact with the dogs, the necessary sledding commands and master driving the sled.
Guests will enjoy a private guided dog sledding tour through the snowy mountains practicing their new skills as an expert musher. The experience is an additional $735 for up to five people.
Learn to ice skate with US National Speedskating team member

As Park City is a training ground for winter Olympians, Waldorf Astoria Park City is introducing an exclusive speedskating experience where guests can enjoy a private ice skating lesson and learn how to speed skate with Patrick Meek, a member of the US National Speedskating Team and an Olympic hopeful. This exclusive winter experience is an additional $120 per person.
Custom-made ski stylist experience
Define your own Park City chic style with a personal stylist at the flagship store of the ultra-luxurious ski and clothing shop, Cole Sport. Personal ski stylist Lynne Henry will work with you to create a personalized look that suits your lifestyle.
Try the latest fashions from world-renowned alpine designer collections or the latest ski/snowboard gear to look your best on the slopes and at après ski. There is no additional cost for the custom-made ski stylist experience.
Power Ice Lounge
As one of Park City’s newest nightlife spots, Powder Ice Lounge is a 14-foot bar made fully of carved ice adorned with sculpted ice furniture. Guests can stay warm with a cozy fur blanket and a glass of champagne. Serving champagne by the bottle, glass and flights, prices starts at $45 per person. Live entertainment and passed hors d’oeuvres will also be available.
Guests can also create their own champagne drinks by adding garnishes and mixers such as raspberries, strawberries, olives, juices and more. Located on the patio adjacent to Powder, the Ice Lounge will be open from 6pm until close.
