Five-star hotel The St. Regis Deer Valley, in Park City, Utah, is offering an extraordinary ski package, which includes a day of skiing with an Olympic skier, a customized culinary experience and more.
The “Celebrate Snow” package starts at $15,000 per night, is available between January 1 – April 12, 2014, and features a two or three bedroom private Residence, 24-hour bespoke St. Regis Butler Service, a day of skiing and lunch with two-time Olympian Shannon Bahrke, and two pairs of high-performance customized St. Regis Bomber skis.
In addition, guests will be treated to a customized culinary experience with chef de cuisine Shane Baird and executive chef Chip McMullin at the acclaimed Jean-Georges restaurant, J&G Grill, or, if preferred, in the private residence.
Also included are hand-selected wine pairings from the 13,000 bottle wine vault, personal Krug Champagne Sabering with lessons on the patio of your private residence, and customized S’mores created with the resort’s pastry chef and VIP luxury airport roundtrip transportation.
The St. Regis Deer Valley’s signature butler service, led by head butler Alexander Mattinson who formerly worked at Buckingham Palace, includes amenities such as unpacking and packing suitcases, serving refreshments on silver trays, ironing, making any and all reservations, and fulfilling almost any request.
In this Olympic year, guests will receive the ultimate world-class treatment and be able to celebrate the upcoming XXII Olympic Winter Games by skiing with Olympic Silver Medalist, Shannon Bahrke. The two-time medalist and World Cup champion will lead guests on a private ski tour of DeerValley after presenting them with an autographed pair of high-performance Bomber skis.
Bomber, a company noted for combining luxury, art, fashion and skiing, is a supplier to both the US and Canadian ski teams. Bahrke will dine with guests of the “Celebrate Snow” package at The St. Regis Deer Valley’s 650-square foot Mountain Terrace which overlooks DeerValley’s slopes and the resort’s SkiBeach.
“Celebrate Snow” also includes an enhanced culinary experience. J&G Grill chef de cuisine Shane Baird will prepare a dinner to be enjoyed in a guest’s private residence or at the acclaimed Jean-Georges restaurant, J&G Grill.
Selecting the highest quality meats and fish, J&G Grill sources nearly all ingredients locally, from spices to meats to cheeses. The intimate dinner is accompanied by wine pairings from the hotel’s 13,000 bottle wine vault, and is followed by a Krug Champagne Sabering and a custom S’mores dessert on guests’ private residential patio.
