Dubai’s first Swissôtel is scheduled to open by early 2016, comprising of over 280 luxury rooms and suites with four specialty restaurants and a Pürovel Spa. The hotel will join the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts portfolio as their second property in the Middle East, following its first in the Holy City of Makkah.
Located in the Al Jadaf area, the hotel is set to become an anchor property within a new development that also encompasses residences, retail and entertainment facilities.

The modern contemporary hotel will be designed and developed in keeping with Emirati architectural characteristics, and is planned to be completed with a total area of 1600m2.
