Both restaurants tastefully embrace French, Mediterranean, and Caribbean flavors, with The Trellis featuring French cuisine and an extensive Cote du Rhone selection while its counterpart, Interlude, offers a causal alternative for al fresco breakfast and dinner.

The newly remodeled Baie Longue Bar, looks to satisfy each guest’s desire to relax, boasting serene views of the ocean and signature cocktails in an intimate outdoor setting. The Beach Bar, meanwhile, serves Caribbean inspired lunches featuring fresh seafood, snacks and salads. Head Sommelier Christian Mirande curates dinners wine-pairings dinner at La Cave with more than 410 varieties and 12,000 bottles to choose from.

La Samanna’s exclusive villas are self-contained and private, as are the oceanfront three and four-bedroom residences which offer 4,600 square feet of sumptuous luxury comprised of a full kitchen, dining room, indoor and outdoor living room, wrap-around terraces and a stunning infinity edge pool.

La Samanna’s award-winning spa features seven treatment rooms, including five indoor/outdoor suites. Fitness facilities include a Pilates studio, Peter Burwash International managed tennis courts and personal trainer services.
