Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to Open First Property in Korea

In partnership with Mirae Asset Global Investments, the market leader in real estate investment in Korea, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is set to open Four Seasons Hotel Seoul in May 2015.

Presently under construction, the hotel will be the first of the luxury hotel brand in the country and feature 317 luxury guest rooms, the finest restaurants, charming meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The building will stand 25 stories tall and boast seven levels of underground floors in its 44,315-square-foot site.

Located in Sejongro Square location, Seoul’s Central Business District of Seoul, the property neighbors financial institutions, government buildings, shops, and historic sites and is sure to be perfect for all varieties of travelers. Accommodations will specifically target international executives traveling to Korea, while food and beverage outlets will cater mainly to business demand from domestic and international firms in Korea.

Four Seasons is known for a commitment to innovation and the highest standards of luxury in its properties. Completing designs for Four Seasons Hotel Seoul are internationally prominent interior designers including LTW, AvroKO and AFSO. Local architect Heerim, local interior designers Kesson and general contractor Daelim Industrial are also working on the project.
