By Pardhasaradhi Gonuguntla

Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro’s $19 Lunch Prix Fixe Menu: Just take one trip to the ATM for lunch. Award-winning Pastry Chef François Payard has created a brand new $19 prix fixe lunch menu. Choose between an heirloom caprese salad or taboule for starters. Then select either halibut Riviera style or flat iron steak. The impeccable lunch concludes with a choice of a Payard pastry. Payard is a beautifully designed, multi-layered experience that includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a traditional dining room

Bradley Ogden’s Summer Menu: Famed Bay Area Chef Bradley Ogden, a pioneer in the Farm-Fresh and organic movement has revealed his refreshing summer menu. Amongst his new signature dishes: sweet yellow corn soup with spiced popcorn, corn relish and lemon verbena and trumpet royale and mascarpone agnolotti in brown butter sauce. Bradley Ogden’s spring menu is available through Sept. 21.

“The Hangover” Top Las Vegas Movie Ever: In less than one month after release, Warner Bros.’ summer blockbuster, “The Hangover” surpassed “Ocean’s Eleven” as the top-grossing Las Vegas movie of all time. As of the first week of July, “The Hangover,” stood at nearly $186 million, while 2001’s “Ocean’s 11” was at $183 million. “Ocean’s 13” came in third with $117 million. The lifetime gross of the Top 15 Las Vegas-based movies is $916,833,771 with the “The Hangover” expected to continue to add to that total.

“The Hangover” Packages: Just like the movie about friends who come to Las Vegas for that blow-out they will never forget (but yet do), experience either the shenanigans of a lifetime or quiet nights in. “The Hangover” package* includes a $50 food and beverage credit applied to the room. Stay and play at Caesars Palace for a minimum of two nights, just keep an eye on those grooms-to-be. For the “Ultimate Hangover Package,” guests will receive 2-night accommodations in a Double Bay suite with a $50 credit at Caesars Palace’s brand new sweet and savory eatery, Serendipity 3 where the credit can be used for the “Hangover Breakfast” Omelet; two VIP passes to PURE Nightclub and two passes to Venus Pool with a $50 pool credit. Now available for booking online at www.caesarspalace.com, click on “Stay and Play Packages.”
