Roberto Cavalli Announces First Japanese Flagship

By Pardhasaradhi Gonuguntla

Tokyo, Japan – Reported by Elite Traveler, the private jet lifestyle magazine

Roberto Cavalli has revealed plans to open its first-ever flagship boutique in Japan. Though the brand has maintained a presence in the Japanese market for the past two years, with five shops in major department stores, this will be the first standalone location.

Opening mid-month, the new store is located in Tokyo’s exclusive Aoyoma quarter and will offer men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, accessories, eyewear, timepieces and intimates over two stylish stories. A special VIP room filled with red carpet-worthy eveningwear occupies part of the first floor.

“Tokyo is on the world’s stage of fashion, glamour, and sophistication. This is a city of energy and inspiration,” said Roberto Cavalli. “I wanted to create a boutique in which elegance dominates, for both women and for men, in a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere, in which each person can totally fulfill their dreams and desires. I have always been extremely interested in Japanese culture, and I’m looking forward to come back to Tokyo to celebrate our new boutique together.”

The designer himself will travel to Tokyo at the beginning of November to celebrate the boutique’s opening in style.
