Inspired by Victorian vintage trunks, Canadian designer Sonja M. Salmon has created a carry-on that combines high functionality with the aesthetic appeal of a women’s accessory. The luxury luggage brand introduces a modernized packing system that allows its users to know exactly where to pack and find their travel necessities.
Whether for business or leisure travel, Salmon has grasped what experienced female travelers are looking for when they prepare to jet off to their next destination. While traditional luggage is, essentially, an empty box, the innovative Quartermaster ($1,145) aims to ease the often dreaded task of packing with an interior that is specifically designed for maximum organization.
The Quartermaster carry-on set is made up of 10 Carryalls and the brand’s signature 1887 Clutch. Included in the 10-piece packing system are a laundry bag, bath/beach bag, tech case, knickers bag, vanity case, liquids case, jewels case, dust cover, two shoe sleeves, and cosmetics case. The 1887 Clutch, crafted with sweet honey leather and suitable for any occasion, is designed to hold documents during the day and any other essentials for night.
With these meticulously crafted Carryalls to guide the packing process, Ebby Rane hopes that travelers will save time and never again forget their on-the-go necessities. The Quartermaster also features four 360-degree wheels for an easy glide, a durable telescopic handle, and a TSA-approved lock.
Constructed with virgin polycarbonate to resist the damage that comes with frequent travel, the luxury carry-on comes in three color combinations—Runway Black with Ebony and Plum interior, Cargo Green with Ranger and Tango interior, and Cloud White with Sandstone and Cadet interior.
