Usually referred to as the more casual sister restaurant to famed 3 Michelin star Ishikawa, Kohaku has unprecedentedly gained a reputation in the city, earning Michelin’s highest accolade just five years after opening. The three Michelin star restaurant is run by Chef Koji Koizumi, who was previously a cook of Ishikawa.
Chef Koji Koizumi, combines traditional techniques of cooking with bold ingredients, while the atmosphere of the restaurant is tranquil and relaxing.
