Funky Gourmet opened in November 2009 in the heart of Athens in the lively multi-faceted district of Keramikos.
In 2012 it was awarded its first Michelin star. In 2014 it was awarded its second Michelin star.
The driving forces of Funky Gourmet are the two chefs, Georgianna Hiliadaki and Nikos Roussos and the restaurant’s manager, Argyro Hiliadaki.
The chefs alter their culinary Greek tradition creating cuisine that is both innovative and playful that aims fully engage the guests in an exciting and unconventional way, creating a culinary experience that is both funky and gourmet.
