Formerly helmed by the prestigious chef Benoit Violier, and a restaurant that has consistently ranked in the Elite Traveler Top 100 Restaurants in the World awards, Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville continues to hold its prestige as it showcases the cuisine of chef Franck Giovannini.
Taking inspiration from nature, the seasons and the culinary experience he has garnered over the years, chef Giovannini creates fine dining plates such as foie gras served with Hermitage wine sauce and a citrus chutney.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
