Head Chef Nobu Lee creates dishes in rhythm with the year’s four seasons, 12 solar systems and 72 pentads. These dishes are then paired with fabulous wines.
The setting makes an impression too, with Vue de Monde located on the 55th floor of Melbourne’s iconic Rialto building.
