Normand Laprise and Christine Lamarche have developed what was once a small restaurant on St Dennis Street in Montreal into a creative and visionary project in the heart of the Quartier International.
Now widely recognised as a leader in Quebec gastronomy, Toque has become a landmark in the region itself, accumulating a range of awards from GQ Magazine, Gourmet and Food & Wine. Guests can enjoy dishes such as Duck Magret and Heart, Striped Bass and Venison Loin.
