Following seven years cooking at Brazil’s presidential palace, Roberta Sudbrack decided to go it alone and launch her own restaurant in Rio’s upmarket Zona Sul, where it has delighted diners for the past nine years.
The eponymous eaterie’s nine-course legendary tasting menu uses only the finest seasonal ingredients from local markets and is updated on a near daily basis.
With a commitment to a cuisine that connects daily with the Brazilian identity, Sudbrack offers a wealth of wonders at the low-key establishment including her famous beetroot ravioli and tantalising Brazilian fruit-based desserts. A restaurant that is as popular with locals as it is with the global elite.
