Following seven years cooking at Brazil’s presidential palace, Roberta Sudbrack decided to go it alone and launch her own restaurant in Rio’s upmarket Zona Sul, where it has delighted diners for the past nine years.

A restaurant that is as popular with locals as it is with the global elite.
