Cuisine: Modern Japanese

Opened in 1997, and awarded its Michelin star just one year later, Nobu London remains one of the city’s top dining hot spots.

With its own street entrance on Old Park Lane, the restaurant occupies the first floor of the trendy Metropolitan Hotel. The menu is made up of ‘new style’ Japanese cuisine, where traditional Japanese techniques meet South American flavors. Signature dishes include Yellowtail Sashimi and the famous Black Cod in Miso. Private dining is available at Nobu, or guests may hire out the entire venue.
