One of the worldâ€™s foremost experts in Thai cuisine, Thompson achieved previous success with the London branch of nahm – the first ever Thai restaurant to receive a Michelin star back in 2001.
The Bangkok branch features the delicate balance of Thai flavors for which the chef is famed, using lesser-known traditional ingredients that hark back to the countryâ€™s ancient culinary traditions. From curries and salads to soups and stir fries, every meal combines the differing tastes of hot, sour, sweet and salty to spectacular effect.
