Momofuk Ko_Cuisine: Asian, French

Korean American chef David Chang is famed for his restaurant empire, which includes an outpost of Momofuku Ko in New York’s East Village.

Notoriously difficult to get a seat at, the two-Michelin-star restaurant caters for just 12 diners with a set tasting menu that is usually around ten courses long. Expect wonderfully wacky haute cuisine, with Japanese, Korean and French influences.
